  • 2 lbs. steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1.5 to 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a zipper plastic bag, mix minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Add the meat to the marinade bag; seal tightly and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  4. In another bag, combine chopped vegetables with olive oil and coarse salt.
  5. Thread marinated meat and veggies onto skewers.
  6. Grill on preheated grill until meat reaches desired doneness (145Β°F to 160Β°F).
