Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in chopped hard-boiled eggs and cooked pasta into the dressing. Season with salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, diced red onion, and sliced green onions.
