  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 2–3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup Cotija cheese
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Sauce: Blend oil, green onions, cilantro, garlic, salt, lime juice, and sour cream in a food processor until smooth. Thin with water if needed.
  2. 2. Make the Slaw: Toss shredded cabbage with some of the sauce in a bowl; set aside remaining sauce.
  3. 3. Cook the Shrimp: Season shrimp with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. SautΓ© in a skillet over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through (5-8 minutes).
