- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 2β3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup Cotija cheese
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Sauce: Blend oil, green onions, cilantro, garlic, salt, lime juice, and sour cream in a food processor until smooth. Thin with water if needed.
- 2. Make the Slaw: Toss shredded cabbage with some of the sauce in a bowl; set aside remaining sauce.
- 3. Cook the Shrimp: Season shrimp with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. SautΓ© in a skillet over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through (5-8 minutes).
