Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place skirt steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
