  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • Red & blue gel food colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Line a 9Γ—13 pan with foil.
  2. In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, flour; mix well. Incorporate eggs gently.
  4. Divide batter into three bowls; tint one red and another blue using gel food coloring.
  5. Spoon colored batters alternately over the crust and swirl with a butter knife.
  6. Bake above a water-filled baking sheet for 45-50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Allow to cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
