- 250 g Fusilli Pasta
- 1 cup Baby Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Gouda Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Turkey Slices
- 3 Spring Onions
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Red Apple Vinegar
- 2 t Dried Oregano
- 2 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cools, slice baby tomatoes in half, cube the cheeses, chop turkey slices, and slice spring onions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with tomatoes, cheeses, turkey slices, and spring onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
