  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sautรฉ in olive or sesame oil over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic until fragrant, then add soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey or brown sugar, and rice vinegar; stir to combine.
