  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Slices Colby-Jack cheese
  • 8 slices Turkey Bacon
  • Sliced sweet onion
  • Kings Hawaiian chicken chicken hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash pressed garlic with salt to form a paste. Combine with mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley; set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook Turkey Bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and grated onion. Season with heavy cream, salt, and cracked black pepper; mix gently.
  4. Form into patties (4 large or more smaller), pressing into cracked pepper on both sides.
