  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine diced butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder; microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for another 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Mix in salt and vanilla extract, followed by the egg and flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 23 minutes; cool completely before cutting into cubes.
  5. For the pudding, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, salt, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened; remove from heat and mix in fruit juice and butter.
  6. In serving dishes, layer brownie cubes with pudding mixture and refrigerate for at least four hours.
