  • 20 oz beef steak
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vege-Sal or salt
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim and cut the beef into 1ยฝ inch pieces.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag with the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Clean mushrooms and let air-dry.
  5. After an hour, add mushrooms to the Ziploc bag with steak; marinate for another hour.
  6. Preheat the grill to high heat after marinating.
  7. Thread steak pieces and mushrooms onto skewers.
  8. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare; adjust time for desired doneness.
  9. Let kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.
