- Β½ cup cotija cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (about 350Β°F).
- Soak the corn in water for 10-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Mexican crema, and lime juice; refrigerate until serving.
- Grill the soaked corn away from direct heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove husks and silk, then wrap one husk around each ear as a handle.
- Drizzle avocado oil over the corn and grill on direct heat, rotating every minute until charred.
- Coat with the creamy sauce and top with cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, and chili lime seasoning.
