Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds flank steak (scored)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4โ€“5 cloves garlic (crushed or finely minced)

  5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of around 130-135ยฐF for medium rare.
  7. Let rest under aluminum foil for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
