  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Prepare blackberry puree by boiling blackberries with sugar and water until thickened, then set aside.

  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, and lemon zest until fluffy; add sour cream, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth.
