  • 125g Brie cheese
  • 34 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  3. Press pastry squares into tartlet moulds.
  4. Layer turkey slices in each shell.
  5. Top with matchstick pears and pieces of Brie cheese.
  6. Brush pastry edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
