Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line your baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in brown and granulated sugars until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in sifted flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Once out of the oven, poke holes into the brownies and pour espresso shots over them to infuse flavor. Let cool before serving.
