- 4β5 tbsp curry powder
- Β½ cup green seasoning
- 2 tbsp adobo
- 3 tbsp complete seasoning
- 3 tbsp black pepper
- 6 pimento seeds (allspice)
- 2 medium potatoes (cubed)
- Optional: Β½ Scotch bonnet pepper, ΒΌ cup onion, ΒΌ cup sweet pepper
Instructions
- Wash goat meat in vinegar, lime, and water; rinse well.
