  • β…“ cup vegan chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
  • ΒΌ cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar, and mix well.
  3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vegan chocolate chips until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
