  • ΒΌ cup beef broth
  • ΒΌ – Β½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the ends off the plantains and score the skin lengthwise before peeling.
  3. Coat each plantain with avocado oil and roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. In a skillet, sautΓ© diced onion, garlic, and bell peppers in avocado oil until soft.
  5. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, then stir in tomato sauce and seasonings.
