  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Sear steak strips for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sautรฉ minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant (30 seconds).
  5. Add heavy cream and Velveeta to the skillet; stir until melted. Gradually mix in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Return seared steak to the skillet; warm through for about 12 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
