- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Sear steak strips for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sautรฉ minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Add heavy cream and Velveeta to the skillet; stir until melted. Gradually mix in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine cooked rotini with the sauce until well coated.
- Return seared steak to the skillet; warm through for about 12 minutes.
