  • Avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for frying)
  • tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • tsp Tajn seasoning (or chili-lime spice)

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Add chopped tomatoes and sautΓ© until softened. Stir in grated cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil and fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your liking. Top with chili oil and everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Assemble by layering cooked beef in a bowl, topping with sliced avocado seasoned with Tajn and drizzled with sriracha. Place the fried eggs on top and serve immediately.
