Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onions and sautรฉ until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
- Add spices (curry powder, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt) to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes to toast them lightly.
- Transfer this mixture to a slow cooker and add beef cubes, coconut milk, beef broth, and tomato paste. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6โ8 hours until beef is tender.
- Prepare toasted garlic naan while the curry cooks by brushing dough with melted butter and sprinkling minced garlic before toasting until golden brown.
