Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, brown the beef cubes on all sides for about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

- Return the browned beef to the pot and add diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Mix well.
