  • Β½ tsp each: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika

  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1Β½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (halal)
  • ΒΌ tsp each: dried thyme, rosemary
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season cubed sirloin tips with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, and flour until well-coated.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the seasoned beef on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter; sautΓ© diced onions until translucent, then add minced garlic for one additional minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and add the bouillon cube along with Worcestershire sauce; stir in thyme and rosemary. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Return browned beef to the skillet and cover; let simmer on low for 20–25 minutes until tender.
  6. Create a cornstarch slurry with cold water and stir into the skillet to thicken gravy as desired.
