  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, and optional rice vinegar. Brush over the salmon on another baking tray sprinkled with black sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Steam broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Plate salmon with sweet potato wedges and steamed broccoli. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the top and enjoy!
