Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and sliced into wedges
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, and optional rice vinegar. Brush over the salmon on another baking tray sprinkled with black sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Steam broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
