  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and spices.
