  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 to 3 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (fresh)
  • 1 tbsp sliced scallion greens
  • 1 tbsp crunchy garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sautรฉ diced onion until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped mushrooms; mix in soy sauce, salt, sugar, red Thai curry paste, and chili oil.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and warm through for another couple of minutes.
  5. Add frozen dumplings; cover and cook according to package instructions (usually around 5-7 minutes).
