  • 1 (28 oz) can green chile enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. Bake seasoned chicken breasts for about 45 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165Β°F).
  3. Shred the chicken once cooled.
  4. Char tortilla halves over an open flame for added flavor.
  5. Layer half an inch of enchilada sauce in the baking dish, followed by six tortilla halves.
  6. Add half of the shredded chicken, one-third of the cheese, half of the sour cream, and one-third of the remaining enchilada sauce.
