- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 waxy potatoes, diced (about 10 oz)
- ½ cup frozen green peas
- 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 4 tbsp full-fat sour cream (room temperature)

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by dicing the potatoes and carrots, chopping the scallions, onion, and dill, and mincing the garlic.

- Incorporate the diced potatoes, frozen peas, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in room temperature sour cream and three tablespoons of dill; cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
