Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until smooth; gradually mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the dry mixture and milk to the wet mixture until just combined.
