- 3/4 cup cornstarch

- 1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
Instructions

- In a saucepan, mix white vinegar, cane sugar, water, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger zest, and orange juice concentrate over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
