  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250ml chicken stock
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 800g potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk

  1. Boil peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain, then mash with butter and milk; season to taste.
