  • 4 sesame seed buns, diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sliced green onion (for garnish)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F for croutons.
  2. For croutons, place diced sesame seed buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 10 minutes).
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef seasoned with oregano and thyme. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, melt butter and sautΓ© onions, carrots, celery, salt, and pepper until tender (about 10 minutes).
