  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  3. Chop potatoes into even pieces and pat both chicken and potatoes dry.

  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (75ยฐC) and potatoes are tender. Let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley.
