  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (or real maple syrup)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Chili Crunch (for garnish)
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • Baby Spinach (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF and grease a baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the greased dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling and tender.
  6. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch before serving.
