- 1 cup Canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper or to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes to taste
- Optional for garnish: Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley
