Instructions

  1. In a medium-size pot over medium-high heat, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
  2. Once boiling, add the white part of the napa cabbage and mushrooms if using. Cook for about 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the green part of the napa cabbage and tofu. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
