- 1/3 cup Oil (canola or vegetable)

- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (for cookie layer)
- 1 tsp Cornstarch (for cookie layer)
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt (for cookie layer)
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup (packed) Brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/8 cup White granulated sugar (for cookie layer)
- 1/4 cup (creamy) Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract (for cookie layer)
- 1 Large egg (room temperature) (for cookie layer)
- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Mini M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a 9ร13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the brownie layer, mix sugar, eggs, butter, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Combine dry ingredients separately and fold into the wet mixture; add chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- For the monster cookie layer, cream butter and sugars; mix in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients then stir in oats and chocolate chips/M&Ms.
