Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, hot coffee, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and pour equal amounts of batter into each.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
