Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until combined. Add canola oil and mix well. Incorporate the egg and both extracts.
- In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
