Ingredients
- 115 g unsalted butter
- 135 g light brown sugar
- 55 g granulated sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 275 g plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 100 g milk chocolate chips
- 100β300 g mini eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190ΒΊC and line a 9Γ9 inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with light brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Gradually incorporate flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, and cornflour until just combined.
- Fold in milk chocolate chips and most of the mini eggs.
- Transfer to the prepared tin, pressing down firmly and decorating the top with remaining mini eggs.
- Bake for 18β22 minutes until the top appears dry. Allow cooling before cutting into bars.
