Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds lean beef, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Trim visible fat from the beef and cut it into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, and bay leaves.
  3. Place beef in a Ziploc bag or container; pour marinade over meat and seal tightly. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
