Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g plant-based butter or baking spread
- 150 g golden syrup
- 100 g malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken up)
- 75 g mini vegan marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
- Optional: 75 g Malteser Teasers or Maltesers Buttons
Instructions
- Prepare an 8" square tin by lining it with baking paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini vegan marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the filling and mix gently until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and smooth it down evenly. Pour the remaining chocolate on top and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Decorate with additional Maltesers on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3β4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
