Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 2-3 minutes before peeling.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ the sliced onions until golden (about 5 minutes).
  4. Push the onions aside and add liver slices to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble by plating the liver with caramelized onions, halved soft-boiled eggs, and avocado.
