  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Fold diced mango into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dissolve agar-agar powder in water over low heat, then combine with the filling.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
  6. Once set, remove from the pan, garnish if desired, slice, and serve chilled.
