- 2 cups shredded coconut (toasted)

- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed coconut milk and shredded coconut until well mixed.
- Stir in vanilla extract and agar-agar powder until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and spread it out evenly. Chill in the fridge for about an hour until set.
- Once set, roll the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at short intervals until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
- Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top of each truffle. Allow them to cool completely on parchment paper.
