  • 2 cups shredded coconut (toasted)

  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed coconut milk and shredded coconut until well mixed.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and agar-agar powder until evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and spread it out evenly. Chill in the fridge for about an hour until set.
  4. Once set, roll the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at short intervals until smooth. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
  6. Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top of each truffle. Allow them to cool completely on parchment paper.
