Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. For the swirl filling, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon filling evenly over the batter. Dollop remaining batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with enough milk for drizzling consistency.
