Instructions

  2. Marinate chicken in one-third of the dressing for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a frying pan until crispy; remove from heat. Add marinated chicken to the same pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a large salad bowl, layer sliced romaine lettuce and add remaining ingredients: diced tomatoes, avocado slices, corn kernels, red onion slices, and crispy turkey bacon. Drizzle with reserved dressing and sprinkle with goat cheese if desired.
