- 5ΒΌ cups peach juice or water
- Β½ cup bottled lemon juice
- Optional: 1Β½ teaspoons ground cinnamon and Β½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions

- Blanch peaches in boiling water for 30β60 seconds; transfer to an ice bath. Peel, pit, and slice.
