- 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla bean paste until fluffy. Add flour and salt; mix just until combined.
- Press dough into a greased 9Γ9 baking pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
- Infuse hibiscus in lemon juice for 15 minutes, strain out leaves.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Stir in strained lemon-hibiscus mixture and blend in flour until smooth.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before slicing and dust with confectionerβs sugar.
