  • 1/2 cup Light Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (for mayo)
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion (halved and sliced thinly)
  • 1 medium Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 medium Avocado (diced)
  • 1 cup Baby Cucumbers (halved and sliced)
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions (sliced (green part only))

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions; set aside.
